The nautical rules of the road can be difficult to understand in nuanced application, especially on the fly. This book uses plenty of examples to explain the rules in application. The new revision adds good perspective on AIS, recent revs to the rules, and more current examples. A very helpful read for any serious ship driver.
It's a good book, good printing quality and good content. Pictures are of clear understanding however more coloured pages should be printed, for further clear and neat understanding.
